Who is Bob?

Bob Chambers has been in the people business for over 40 years. During that time, he’s served as pastor, business owner, community liaison, and conference speaker, and is recently the Founder and Director of PeopleLinQ. He has been happily married to his wife Joy for 40 years, and they have seven sons, one daughter (the youngest), six daughters-in-love, and twelve grand-kids. Bob's passion is to rekindle a heart for healthy relationships in a culture where emptiness, loneliness, and conflict win the day. His work is centered on the two things that he believes matter most: loving God and loving others.

Education: Bob holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology & Sociology from Palm Beach Atlantic University and a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Certifications: Bob is certified through to administer the DISC and Biblical DISC Personality Profiles to groups and individuals, and to facilitate the SYMBIS Marriage Assessment for couples.

What is PeopleLinQ?

PeopleLinQ is a faith-based 501(c)(3). Bob founded PoeopleLinQ because he saw a grave need for healthy relationships. His solution to that need was to bring together his ministry training and experience, and excellent tools such as the DISC Profile and SYMBIS Assessment, to strengthen couples and unify teams. 

 Relationships are hard, and nothing is more discouraging than to see a marriage fail or employees fall into discord. But it doesn’t have to be that way. There are people and tools that can help. What you want is not to "get by" but to flourish, whether it be in your marriage, ministry, or company. To get there, you need a coach: someone who can mentor and guide you through the right steps, someone who can teach but is also relatable. Enter Bob Chambers. He knows relationships, cares about helping people grow, and is qualified to apply the best tools to your situation.
